Island Pag is one of the biggest islands in Adriatic Sea with 285m2. It is fifth biggest island in this sea with 270 km of coast; it is island with biggest coast line in Adriatic sea, with many embayment’s, coves, promontory and beach. The biggest coves go around 27 km gravel-beach. Pag have unique vegetation in which we don’t have trees . Pag is the biggest empires of rocks, criss-crossed with dry stone walls, in which you found just here and there one piece of grass, some aromatic plants, sage or immortelle. That aromatic plants is decisively for feeding our sheep’s and making delicious everybody known cheese from Pag. In our gastronomy you can find nobly cheese and sheep meat, or if you like sea food you can find many god sea specialties. |

Island Pag is known as island of salt. Because of them in 15 century Pag has made lake small village in the rock hills. That old town today gave us special emotions of over beginnings. On the Pag you can still see how from the sea we made salt in clay made pools witch in process evaporation on the sun produce salt. This salt-works is authentic for our island and it is haven for photographs. |

Island Pag have unusualness forms, wild exotic, tame oasis, hills trails and shallowly gulfs witch tour will endure several days. If you travel north side of island you will found many source of water, and many hidden beaches which are made for them who like be alone. On the end it Pag is the best island form them who have disquisition spirit. |
